President
Lead PTA meetings, set agendas, and coordinate closely with the Executive Board and school administration. As the primary representative of the PTA, you’ll help drive initiatives that benefit our entire school community.

Vice President
Support the President in leading PTA activities and step in when needed. Ideal for someone who enjoys collaboration, organization, and being involved in school-wide efforts.

Treasurer
Manage the PTA’s finances, including tracking income and expenses, maintaining the budget, and preparing financial reports. Ensure all funds are handled responsibly and transparently.

Secretary
Maintain accurate meeting minutes, keep records organized, and help communicate key information to board members and families. A great fit for someone detail-oriented and organized.

Vice President of Community Involvement
Build and strengthen relationships between families, staff, and the community. Organize volunteers, support school events, and help foster a welcoming, inclusive environment.

Vice President of Fundraising
Lead fundraising initiatives that support programs, events, and resources for Forest View. Plan and coordinate engaging fundraising events and build partnerships with local businesses.
